11 Days In Morocco
Day 1: Casablanca ⇢ Rabat ⇢Assilah
Today, we will pick you up from your accommodation in Casablanca or the airport and take you to Assilah. The largest mosque in Morocco, the Casablanca Mosque, will be our first stop. Once there, you can visit the Hassan Tower and take a stroll around the Oudaya Kasbah in Rabat, the country’s capital and residence of the King. Finally, we’ll take you back to Assilah after lunch. A stay at a local riad for one night
Day 2: Assilah ⇢ CHEFCHAUEN
Today you have a free morning to discover this beautiful town of art most of the walls of the Medina are painted by various famous artists from all over the world. Your visit includes the Skalla fortress and after lunch we will drive to Chefchauen & Overnight in a riad in the Medina.
Day 3: CHEFCHAUEN Sightseeing
Today is your day off to visit the Blue City of Chefchaouen, a place of whitewashed houses, blue doors and windows, a fascinating past, and untold treasures. There is a lot to see and buy, and there are lots of artisans and craftspeople making things that are particular to this town. Chefchaouen has a significant Spanish and Moorish influence due to Spain’s occupation. Have a riad in the Medina for the night.
Day 4: CHEFCHAUEN ⇢ Meknes⇢ Fes
After breakfast in your riad, we’ll start our journey to Fez by stopping at the 1997-designated UNESCO World Heritage site of Volubilis. You may explore well-known Roman ruins in Morocco right here. We then proceed to Meknes, the Ismaili capital of Morocco. You will visit the granary, the Sahrij Souani, which was used for irrigation and cultivation, as well as Meknes’ fascinating Bab Mansour gate, which the sultan My Ismail built. A visit to the Mulay Ismail Mausoleum is also included. After lunch, we’ll travel to Fez where we’ll stay the night in a local riad.
Day 5: Fes ⇢ Middle Atlas ⇢ Ziz Valley ⇢ Merzouga
After breakfast, we will depart from your riad and travel via the Atlas Mountains to the Merzouga Desert. We’ll stop in Ifrane, also known as Morocco’s “Switzerland city,” on the way. We continue on to Azrou Forest, which is renowned for its alpine-style architecture and nearby ski slopes, where we will stop to see the famed cedar woodland and also the Barbarian monkeys.Â
By the end of the day, after having lunch in Midelt, we’ll have arrived in the Merzouga Desert after passing through Ziz Valley and the High Atlas Mountains. We’ll stay in a riad for the night.
Day 6: Merouga ⇢ Khamlia village ⇢ Nomad families ⇢ Mifis Mines
We will go the Merzouga Desert today. Before meeting the nomads in their tent to hear about their way of life, we will first take a tour of the dunes to look for fossils. We’ll drink tea with them as well. The Gnawa people, who were originally taken from Mali and Sudan as slaves, will then be met and their singing will be heard as we travel to Khamlia hamlet. A guided camel ride to explore the Er will then start after lunch, and we will spend the night at a desert camp.
Day 7: Merzouga ⇢ Rissani ⇢Dades Gorges
After breakfast, we’ll travel across the Hamada black desert to reach Rissani and Erfoud, the city of the fossils. En route, we’ll stop at a fossil workshop before continuing to Todra Valley, a well-known climbing location. We’ll stop there first before walking to the hotel, where we’ll have dinner and stay the night.
Day 8:Todra Gorges ⇢ Skoura ⇢ Ouarzazate
Breakfast at the hotel will be followed by a drive through a number of ancient Kasbahs and the sandstone region of the Dades Valley, where nomads still live in caves. We will spend some time with one of these families, who are still leading simple lives, to discover more about their culture. We will then go through the rose valley, which is renowned for rose farming and the creation of organic rose products, in order to reach the Skoura palm trees. We’ll travel 45 miles to Ouarzazate, where we’ll spend the night in a basic motel.
Day 9: Ouarzazate⇢Ait Ben Haddou⇢ Marrakech
We’ll begin our journey by seeing various movie studios in Ouarzazate after breakfast (The African Hollywood). After that, we’ll visit the Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, a vast Heritage Site that was recognized by Unesco in 1987. More than 20 movies, including “Gladiator,” “Alexander,” “Indiana Jones,” and “Lawrence of Arabia,” shot sequences in the fortified city. Before going on to your riad or hotel in Marrakech by following the road across the High Atlas Mountains and Tizin’tichka pass, we stop for lunch in the heart of the Atlas Mountains. Day 10:Marrakech Sightseeing
The red city of Marrakech, which features the Koutoubia Minaret, the Saadines Tombs, the Bahia Palace, the plaza of Jamaa el Fna, and its souks, can be explored after breakfast when your local guide meets you at your riad. In addition, your driver will take you to the stunning Majorelle Gardens in the city’s newest district, Gueliz, after breakfast. You’ll then have some free time to explore Marrakech.
Day 11: Marrakech ⇢Casablanca
After breakfast, we’ll have a tour of “the red city of Morocco,” Marrakesh. Your guided tour includes visits to the Majorelle Gardens, Koutoubia Tower, Saadian Tombs, and Bahia Palace. What a great inquiry! “Private desert trips” require comfortable transportation. For groups bigger than 8, we employ Land Cruiser TXs, Ford 8-seater vans, Mercedes Bens Sprinter minibuses, and a variety of other comfortable vehicles.

Initially, we ask that a small deposit be given to our account via PayPal during the booking procedure. Second, the balance must be paid in cash to our driver/guide on the first day of the tour in euros, dollars, or the equivalent in dirhams.
At the start of your camel trek, a 4×4 vehicle will convey your luggage. As a result, your bags will be there when you arrive at the camp.
