4 Day Tour From Fes to Merzouga
Day 1: Fes ⇢ Ifrane ⇢ Dades Gorges
we will start our 4 Days Desert Tour from Fes to Ifrane .Ifrane is often referred to as the Switzerland of Morocco. The Barbary Macaques dwell in the cedar forest, which is where we next go. Then continue to Midelt later on, when lunch will be provided. After that, we travel to Errachidia along the Ziz River and through the Tizi-n-Tilghmt pass. when we arrive in Errachidia. We travel through Boumalne Dades on our way to the Dades Gorges, stopping inevitably at the “monkey fingers” rock formation after that we go to our hotel.
Day 2: Dades Gorges ⇢ Erfoud⇢ Merzouga Desert
We continue to Todra Gorges after breakfast. The Todra River’s journey through the mountains hollowed out a huge canyon, creating a high red cliff-sided gorge. You are welcome to explore the gorges and take in the scenery. Next we proceed through the Touroug and Tinjdad palm groves. Free time to stop for lunch en route.
We arrive in Merzouga, a desert in the Sahara, in the late afternoon. Afterward, you ride camels across the sandy desert. Day 3: Merzouga Desert ⇢ Nomad Families ⇢ Khamlia Village

After that, you ride camels back to Merzouga, where the driver is waiting. We set aside the day to investigate the Merzouga region. There are so many amazing places in the area, including sand dunes, a wild lake, mines, fossil locations, and magnificent oasis. which are perfect locations for a wide range of outdoor activities.
In Merzouga, we begin our tour by traveling off-road to a former eyeliner mine. Then, while inside their custom-made woven tent, we pay the nomads a visit. By sipping a cup of Berber tea, discover their way of life. Our next stop is the village of Khamlia, where you may take in performances of Gnaoua dancing and music. The majority of its residents are from sub-Saharan nations including Mali, Sudan, and Niger. Lunch on your own in a restaurant. We then go through a grove of palm trees. Then travel a short distance to witness Merzouga’s wild lake, also known as Flamingo Lake. Dinner and overnight in an inn.
Day 4: Merzouga ⇢ Ifrane ⇢ Fes
After breakfast, we depart towards Rissani town, the former seat of Tafilalet, before returning to the desert. A sizable souk in Rissani, which is still a significant trading hub in the area, is active on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. We continue to Erfoud where we visit one of the fossilized marble workshops after taking a stroll through the Rissani souk.
